COVID-19 Safety Response

Pro Flat Fee Realty is committed to assisting home buyers and sellers during this unprecedented time. We are taking proper precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  We are making adjustments to how we interact with both sellers and buyers.  

Buyers:  We have paused all open houses.  We will continue to offer in person showings and will abide by the CDC social distancing requirements, (minimum 6 foot away). We ask that there are no more than 2 clients at a time.  We ask that you stay a minimum of 6 feet away while your agent opens the door. Please maintain social distancing while in the home. If you prefer to do virtual walk through, please contact us and we’ll make accommodations to have one of our agents tour the home while providing a live video link via FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts, or Google Duo.  

Sellers:  If you have a current listing we are no longer allowing overlapping showings with multiple groups at the same time.  We have paused open houses and will continue to offer in person showings following the guidelines for buyers listed above.  We are continuing to take new listings. We can arrange for an inhouse listing appointment, and we'll follow the CDC social distancing requirements. If you prefer, we can remotely list your home by having you provide one of our agents a virtual walk through via FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts, or Google Duo.

If our agents are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we will either find a different agent to meet with you or reschedule if no other agents are available.  If meeting in person we will ask you if you or anyone in the home is ill. If so we will have to cancel the meeting.  

We will provide a touch free appointment, no handshakes.  Documents will be signed electronically by sending you an email link to sign on your own device.
